  WILLIAMS, CHARLES H. age 83 of Karns, passed away September 4, 2007 at Parkwest Hospital. He was a Navy Veteran of WWII. Preceded in death by parents, Henry and Ruth Williams; sister, June Ponder. Survived by wife, Betty Jo Mims Williams; daughter and son-in-law, Marsha and Mike Fowler; grandchildren, Amy Cardwell and Michael Fowler; great grandson, Jayce Fowler; brother, Bruce E. Williams; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends 6-8 pm Friday at Weaver's Chapel with the service to follow at 8 pm. Rev. John F. Burleson officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11:45 am Saturday at Oak Ridge Memorial Park for a 12:00 noon graveside service.
