From Lois Volence:
I happened to remember that I have an article called "Did Your Ancestors Live on a Farm in 1850?", from the Berks Genealogical Society, so I looked up your names. Under Body there was only a George in Bern Twp., but there were also John Bodey in Cumru & your Henry is listed as Henry Boody in Alsace.
Based on this information, I went to the census records and found your Eliza's father in Alsace Twp in the 1850 records - pg. 421, dwelling #396, family #426:
Henry Boody, 49, farmer, value of real estate $5,300
Matilda, 19
Nathan, 14
Henry, 12
Name: Moser, Benneville Year: 1850 County: Berks Township: Antalawny Twp State: Pennsylvania Roll: M432_754 Page: 181 Image: 362
In my browsing, I did found the following family in the 1850 census in Ontelaunee (Antalawny). It may seem a little far-fetched, but this Daniel Miller family matches the names & approximate ages in your Daniel Moser family, and the two names before it in the census are both Moser. Could it be that the census taker wasn't paying attention and wrote down the name as Miller by mistake? This Daniel Miller isn't listed in the farm census, though there are other Millers in Ontelaunee.
Daniel Miller, 54, farmer, value of real estate $10,000
Lydia, 51
Franklin, 23, laborer
Harrison, 16, laborer
Amanda, 14
Daniel, 12
The family immediately before this is Catharine Moser, 65 living with Ann, 25
Before that is Benneville Moser, 40, farmer, with wife Lydia, 31; daughter Hannah, 4; and another daughter not named, 2 months.
The names just seem like too much of a coincidence... and you said you couldn't find Daniel Moser anywhere in the Berks census. Of course it's just speculation and I don't know how you could prove it.
Name: Moser, Catharine Year: 1850 County: Berks Township: Antalawny Twp State: Pennsylvania Roll: M432_752 Page: 181 Image: 362
Name: Miller, Daniel Year: 1850 County: Berks Township: Antalawny Twp State: Pennsylvania Roll: M432_752 Page: 181 Image: 362
May be a part of the family of Valentine Moser who was born in Bern Twp and is buried at Eplers Church. He married Rosina Fisher and they had at least Fildy, Wily and Samuel. Samuel was born 1801 and married Maria Body daughter of Henry. Benneville, William, Valentine, Samuel, Maria, Rose, Eliza, Sarah, and Louisa were their children. They were all active at Epler's Church.

Look at 1830 and 1840 census and try to find in 1850 census someplace other than Berks or not as head of household in Berks.
Could never find Daniel in the 1850 census but, in Antelawny Twp, next to Benneville Moser and family, then Catherine Moser and daughter is:
Daniel Miller, 54, Farmer, $10000, b PA
Lydia, 51, b PA
Franklin, 23, b PA, Laborer
Harrison, 16, b PA, Laborer
Amanda, 14, b PA
Daniel, 12, b PA
Could the census taker have written the wrong last name? All of the names in the family match. Try and find land records and see if that will confirm that this is actually Daniel Moser.
