  Born New Amsterdam; a 17th-century Dutch settlement established at the southern tip of Manhattan Island that served as the seat of the colonial government in New Netherland. Died at age 87 or 88 years at "Mühlbach"* He has no gravestone, but Mrs. Morr has a stone erected to her memory, with a long and rather peculiar German inscription" "Here rests the remains of a departed mother of four children, named Susanna Moore, three daughters preceded her to the eternal world. A son survives her.
