  Son of Goddard Oxenbridge and Elizabeth Echingham. Grandson of Robert Oxenbridge and Anne Lyvelode, Thomas Echingham and Margaret West. Husband of Elizabeth Puttenham, daughter of Sir George Puttenham. They had one daughter, Elizabeth, who married Sir Robert Tyrwhit of Kettleby, Lincolnshire. Secondly, her married Faith Devenish, the daughter of Sir Richard Devenish and they had one son and one daughter; Andrew and Ursula, who would marry John Pickering. After Thomas died, Faith would remarry a Mr Bulstrode, and was living at Hughenden, Buckinghamshire in July of 1540.
