553 Annie's obituary clearly states that her parents were Israel Oxenreider and Rebecca Wertz. Annie's death certificate gives her mother's name as Maria Wertz. More than likely Annie's husband contributed the obituary and he was the informant on her death certificate, each listing a different mother for Annie. Per the 1870 and 1880 census, Annie, and her mother Rebecca are living with Rebecca's father, George Wertz.

Assuming that Israel Oxenreider and Rebecca Wertz are indeed Anna's parents, there is no record that I can find of a marriage. Perhaps Anna was born out-of-wedlock?
