- Richard R. Rudegeair, 80, Johnstown, formerly of Oxford, PA, died Sept. 6, 1979, at home of son, Robert R., 1281 Franklin St., Johnstown. Born Nov. 18, 1898, in Lebanon, PA, son of Remegius and Bernadine (Dahm) Rudegeair.
Preceded in death by parents; 12 sisters and brothers. Survived by widow, the former Irene M. Schram; son, Robert R., married to the former Esther Jane Georg, mentioned; daughter, Irene Luanna, wife of General William E. Carson, Travis Air Force Base, CA; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
Member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Oxford. Celebrated 61st wedding anniversary April 18, 1979.
No visitation. Funeral service to be held at convenience of family at the Joseph G. Hoffman Funeral Home, 409 Main St., Boswell. Interment, Oxford Cemetery.
