  Rita Ann was born July 11, 1924 in Upper Sandusky, Ohio to Harvey and Margaret (Snyder) Myers. She liked to play down by the banks of the Sandusky River by the Old Indian Mill. Ann was the youngest of seven children, preceded by Robery, Mary, Gwen, "Mart", Becky and Jane. Ann graduated from Upper Sandusky High School in 1941. During the war Ann served in the Women's Auxiliary Corp doing clerical work. Ann worked summers at the Wild Waves Motel in Vermilion along Lake Erie. After the war she attended Ohio State University where she met and married Harold Feeback. Ann and Harold raised four children: Steven, Thomas, Nancy, and Jane. The family lived in Dayton and later in Centerville, Ohio where Ann worked at PK Hardware Store. Later on Ann and Harold bought a home in Fairfield Glade in Tennessee where they entertained and hosted many good friends. Lately they lived in Canal Fulton at Chapel Hill, where they were faithfully attended to by Tom and his wife Caryn Feeback. They also enjoyed visits from Nancy, Steve, Jane, their son-in-law Mike Hertenstein and the grandchildren: Matt and Stephanie, Shelly and Kyle, Jewel and Cameron, Kelly and Anthony, Jany, and Grace. Ann was preceded in death by her beloved Harold only two months ago and went to be with him on St. Valentine's Day, February 14, 2012. Mom, you enjoyed life, all your friends, supper parties, bridge club, and the Pine Club; you made the best cakes and knitted the warmest afghans. Oh! how we loved you. Services will be Saturday at 8 a.m. in the Lamiell Funeral Home with Minister Tony Amerine officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your local hospice.
