  19 Feb 1902: George W. Donges, of Myerstown, died there at noon today of a complication of diseases, after an illness of two months. He was a member of the firm of Donges Bros, who have conducted a general merchandise store in Myerstown for many years. He was one of the best men of the town and was held in high esteem. Mr. Donges was about 60 years of age and is survived by his wife and three children, Mrs. John Umbenhen, Pottsville; Misses Della and Ida Donges, and George Donges, Jr., all of Myerstown.
