Born April 17, 1930 in Burlington, she was the daughter of Deliah C. Hutchinson Vargason. She married Robert W. Wright in 1950 and they later divorced. Ms. Wright was a 1948 Mount Pleasant High School graduate. She was a secretary at I.A.A.P. for over 30 years. Ms. Wright was of the Methodist faith.
