- Peter Thomas and Sarah Stedman both of "Springtowne" declared their intentions of marriage before Chester Mo. Mtg., 1 mo. 1st, and 2 mo. 5th, 1686, and were married 2 mo. 15th, 1686, at John Simcock's house in Ridley. They afterward removed to Willistown and settled on a tract of 528 acres, on Crum Creek, next above Francis Yarnall. Peter died 4 mo. 5th, 1722.
Their children, so far as known, were Lydia, Peter, Jacob, and Joseph.
Peter married 28 May 1711 at Chester, Delaware, Pennsylvania to Elizabeth Goodwin, daughter of Thomas Goodwin and Elizabeth, his wife.
Together they were parents to the following children:
