  Sept. 23, 1900 - June 8, 1990 Zepha A. Harder, 89, of Salem died Friday. She was born in Tipton, Iowa, and had lived in the Salem area since 1950. She worked at Oregon State Hospital and enjoyed traveling and playing cards. She married Robert C. Harder in 1917. He died previously. Survivors include her daughter. At the request of the deceased, there will be no services. Private interment will be at Restlawn Memory Gardens. Arragements are by Virgil T. Golden mortuary.
