  Richard F. Lutz, 93, of Allentown and formerly of Sinking Spring and Emmaus, passed away Sunday, April 1, 2012, of natural causes in his residence at Woodland Terrace. He was the husband of (LIVING) Lutz. Born in Sinking Spring, he was the son of the late Bert E. and Mary M. (Degler) Lutz. He was a 1936 graduate of Sinking Spring High School and served in the U.S. Navy during WWII. Richard was a Division Manager for Sears Roebuck & Company for 40 years, retiring in 1981. He was a member of St. John's Reformed Church in Sinking Spring, where he served on the Church Consistory and was a member of the Choir, and was active in Scouting before moving to Allentown. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a sister, and a number of nieces and nephews. He was also predeceased by a brother, Elwood Lutz.
