There are two cemeteries at the Host Church. It used to be called St. John's Host Church, but now it is simply the Host Church. The cemetery listed as Saint Johns Host Cemetery is on the south side of the church and contains the oldest burials. This cemetery was used from 1754 to 1858. The Host Cemetery is the newer, larger one on the north side of the church.



The Row and grave numbers are referenced in the History of St. John's (Host) Church 1727-1975. The Host Cemetery record by the Tulpehocken Settlement Historical Society also lists row and grave numbers but they are not correct for the numbered rows 1 through 23. Plot numbers match in both of these cemetery records. Contact contributors Mosslady or Romaine Stauffer as both have a copy of the History of St. John's book.
