- LEBANON -- Clifford E. Stoessel, 79, of 518 Worth St. died Tuesday in the Veterans Administration Medical Center, South Lebanon Twp. He retired as a salesman from Grand View Memorial Park, North Annville Twp.; was a graduate of Lebanon High School; a Navy veteran of World War II; a Good Samaritan Hospital transport volunteer; a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, the Annville American Legion and Myerstown VFW posts, Friendship Fire Company, the Retired Senior Volunteer Program, Keenagers, Navy Club, Travelers Protective Association and Lebanon Senior Center; and a charter member of the Kraco Fishing Club. He was the widower of June E. Grimes Stoessel. Surviving are his wife, Pauline Geistweit Stoessel; two sons, Larry L. of Houston, Texas, and Jeffrey D. of Casselberry, Fla.; three daughters, Patricia A. Swartz and Carole A. Heisey, both of Lebanon, and Jane L. Dagenhart of Anderson, S.C.; a stepdaughter, Beverly A. Palm of Lebanon; a brother, R. Kenneth of Mechanicsburg; two sisters, Earlene Farran of Albuquerque, N.M., and Marion Lehman of Lebanon; 11 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in his church. Burial will be in Grand View Memorial Park, North Annville Twp. Viewing will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in Kreamer Funeral Home, Annville.
